Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can your estates accommodate?

Our St. George and Bear Lake estates can accommodate up to 72 guests, but it varies by location. Every configuration includes private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Check individual estate pages to find the right place for your family.

What if our reunion has kids of all ages?

Our estates are designed for it. There are pools, recreation rooms, and activity spaces that keep younger kids busy, and quieter spaces where adults can actually sit down and visit. Nobody has to babysit the itinerary.

Can we cook and eat together as a group?

Yes. Every estate has full kitchens and oversized dining areas built for large groups. Shared meals are one of the things these properties are specifically designed to support.

Do we get private space within the property?

Many bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, so each family unit has a private retreat inside the shared stay. You're together when you want to be, and off on your own when you need it.

What's the cancellation policy?

You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 90 days before arrival. Cancellations between 30 and 90 days out receive a 50% refund.

How far in advance should we book for a reunion?

Reunion season fills up fast, especially summer weekends and holidays. If your dates are set, booking as early as possible is the safest move.

This house is a masterpiece. We had a small family reunion weekend and were overwhelmed with the amenities. Incredible entertaining areas for large groups and each bedroom being its own suite is amazing. We will be returning customers.

What an awesome house and location. Had a team tournament in St George and it was a perfect venue for 10+ families. Enough private rooms/bathrooms so everyone had their own space, but great space for the whole house to get together for meals, meetings, and activities. Our whole family absolutely loved it
