St George Large Rentals

Gatherwell St. George Properties

St. George sits in the southwest corner of Utah where the Colorado Plateau meets the Mojave Desert, and the landscape is hard to ignore. Red rock cliffs, wide open skies, and over 300 days of sunshine a year. It’s one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, and the reasons aren’t hard to see.

If you’re looking for a rental that actually fits a large group, we’ve got you covered! Most properties in the area top out around 15 to 20 people before you’re either splitting across multiple houses or packing people in.

Gatherwell properties are built for groups of that size and larger. Large house rentals in St. George can accommodate 6 to 17 bedrooms, allowing everyone to stay together under one roof. One roof, enough space to breathe, with amenities that keep everyone entertained whether they’re on the property or out exploring.

Who Should Book a Large St. George Rental?

Family Reunions
St. George is a natural fit for multi-generational family trips. The drive from Salt Lake City is about four hours, Las Vegas is two hours out, and the weather is warm most of the year. Frankie's Place handles the full range: younger kids have trampoline rooms and pools, older kids have the game room and courts, and adults have the sauna, firepit, and space to actually relax. Dining areas fit the whole group, and private bathrooms in every room keep mornings from turning into a logistics problem.

Tournament Housing
St. George hosts youth and adult sports tournaments throughout the year, drawing teams from across the region. Keeping 10 to 15 families under one roof, with space for team meals, early morning routines, and somewhere to decompress after games, is a different kind of problem than a regular family trip. Frankie's Place is used for exactly this.

Corporate Retreats
Two full kitchens, multiple gathering areas, private rooms for every attendee. Groups have used the property for off-site planning sessions, leadership retreats, and team celebrations where nobody wants to be stuck in a hotel.

Large Friend Groups
Some trips are just 30 to 60 adults who want a week in Southern Utah without hotel logistics. One house, one group, no splitting up.

What an awesome house and location. Had a team tournament in St George and it was a perfect venue for 10+ families. Enough private rooms/bathrooms so everyone had their own space, but great space for the whole house to get together for meals, meetings, and activities. Our whole family absolutely loved it
